R.C.Khanna
Mr.R.C.Khanna was a Mechanical Engineer from Roorkee, Punjab. He went to Stuttgart, Germany for higher studies on a Govt. scholarship in 1953. He was recruited by TELCO (now TATA MOTORS) Jamshedpur where he worked for 18 years under Mr.J.R.D.Tata. In 1971 he was transferred to Voltas, Mumbai where he was Director Voltas. After retirement, in 1990 he took over as Chairman, Special Olympics India for 10 years. He started Senior Citizens Bangalore in 1999.

Dr Meenakshi Shivram has been a Professor of English Literature at the postgraduate level across Universities in India. She last taught at Christ University Bangalore. She is an empanelled book reviewer with The Hindu and The Book Review. She is a Sahitya Academy Awardee. Her other interests are effectiveness coaching as a trained executive coach and the study of Vedanta

Dr. Atul Sinha
Dr Atul Sinha holds a PGDBM from XLRI, Jamshedpur and PhD from Svyasa School of Yoga. He was a former Vice President and executive board member of Britannia. He was the founder-director of a leading brand design company, Scarlet Tiger. He is now engaged in the research and study of Yoga and Indian philosophy. He has published several articles and research papers and has given numerous talks.

Mr Deepak Mahendra is a Chartered Accountant and Cost & Works Accountant. He was a former Vice President, Finance and Accounts at TATA Power and former Chief Financial Officer at Air Asia.

Mr M V Subramanian holds a PGDBM from XLRI, Jamshedpur specialising in Human Resource Management. He has held senior positions in Union Carbide, Wipro, and Hewlett Packard. He now runs his own business in the field of HRM.

Mr Arundhari Sinha holds a master’s degree. He is a Human Resource Management professional and has held senior positions in TATA Motors, Voltas, Brooke Bond and UB Group. He was a member fo the Board of Directors with Brooke Bond and UB. He acts as a 'C' level Executive Coach to several Fortune 100 companies. He is also a coach for the United Nations, World Food Program.

Mr Shyam Aggarwal holds a BE in Engineering from IIT Kharagpur, and a post-graduate diploma in welding from The Welding Institute, Duisburg, Germany. He has held senior positions with IBM and CMC. He is the founder-director of ABSO Software.

Maj.Gen. Jaideep Mittra (Retd)
Major General Jaideep Mittra graduated from the National Defence Academy and Defence Services Staff College. He is a distinguished retired Armed Forces Officer. In his nearly 40 years of service, he has held prestigious Command, Staff, Instructional, and Extra Regimental assignments. He is a veteran of the IPKF, Sri Lanka and the Kargil war. He was part of the United Nations Military Observer Group in Iran.
