A Stage for Dreams
In partnership with Camp Diaries, we hosted a vibrant ‘Showcase’ at Doopanahalli Primary & High School. Students amazed us with their talent in art, dance, and music, celebrating creativity and self-expression.

Public Speaking Mentorship
Our scholarship students attended a dynamic Public Speaking session by Center for Academic and Professional Support(CAPS), Christ University. They learned to overcome stage fear, structure speeches, and communicate confidently.

Mural Painting
Students from grades 4-7 painted a mural at Apareddypalya School, guided by artists Bhoomika and Creatibeeti, with funding from IIFT alumnus Akshay Gupta.

Annual Planning Meeting
Key stakeholders gathered on August 23, 2024, to discuss the SFC Merit Scholarship and Digital Education Program needs. MLA Sudhir Bache Gowda encouraged continued support for educational institutions.

23rd AGM Meeting

Nutrition for Growth Program
SFC launched a nutrition initiative to combat hunger and boost student concentration. Expert-designed supplements and meals will enhance student health, supported by nutrition scientist Dhruti Bal.

Pennies 4 Pads Program
Pennies 4 Pads conducted interactive menstrual hygiene sessions at Domlur High School and Government Girls High School. They provided sanitary pads and committed to supplying a year’s worth for all students.

The Humanitarian Home’s Roof Repair
SFC partnered with ITW Consulting Pvt Ltd to repair the damaged roof of The Humanitarian Home, ensuring inmates’ safety during monsoons. This CSR initiative was completed at a cost of ₹25 lakh.

Painting Program at Appareddypaliya School
Volunteers and students brightened Appareddypaliya School with a painting initiative on October 7, 2023, fostering creativity and enhancing the school environment.

Rural Scholarship Award Ceremony
Eight students from Sree Adithya Degree College, Hosakote, received SFC Merit Scholarships. Scholarships were awarded in a formal ceremony by SFC leadership, recognizing academic excellence and potential.

Urban Scholarship Distribution
Fifty-seven students from urban institutions earned SFC Merit Scholarships. On July 8, 2024, Domlur High School hosted the award ceremony, led by SFC leadership, celebrating student achievements.

Republic Day Celebration

Apareddypalya School celebrated its first-ever interschool cricket championship win, a milestone achieved through dedication and teamwork in a tournament hosted by the Robinhood Army.

Teachers’ Day Robotics Workshop
Makers Loft introduced Robotics to students of Appareddypaliya Primary School on Teachers’ Day. Through hands-on learning, they explored simple machines, sparking interest in science, math, and engineering.

Computer Lab Inauguration
As part of the SFC Model School Program, a modern computer lab with 15 desktop stations was inaugurated at Appareddypaliya Primary School, enhancing digital learning opportunities for students.

Farewell Ceremony for 10th-Grade Students
10th-grade students at Domlur Higher Secondary School marked their farewell with prayers to Goddess Saraswati and a symbolic lighting of the India map, embracing their future with knowledge and patriotism.

A Lifelong Journey in Education and Equality
Even as an eight-year-old, living in colonial railway quarters where separate ‘out-houses’ were designated for household staff, I was deeply aware of the inequality around me. My parents encouraged me to play with the children from the out-houses, but I could sense the invisible lines that divided our worlds.
