Your skills. Their future. Your time is more valuable than you think.

Seniors For Change runs three education programs across 7 institutions in Bangalore, reaching 2,000 underprivileged children annually. Behind every scholarship, every model school, and every computer lab is a team of people who showed up. We are looking for more of them.

There is a role here for every skill set.

We have four structured volunteering tracks. Each has a clear scope, a specific time commitment, and a direct outcome for the children we serve.

  • School painting and beautification days

Time commitment: one session per week or flexible project-based engagements

Mentoring

For working professionals, career counselors, and coaches

Work with our Merit Scholarship students to build the skills and confidence they need to enter the workforce.

  • Spoken English and communication workshops
  • CV writing and LinkedIn profile sessions
  • Mock interviews and career counseling
  • Public speaking and confidence building

Time commitment: one session per month or structured workshop format
